The evening person who checked us in was exceptional. Very accommodating. The morning reception/front desk clerk was not as friendly. She must have been having a rough day. I know one person was so upset about the pool not working.

The staff was nice and friendly, breakfast was great, and the hotel itself is centrally located in the city. Everything is 5 to 10 minutes away.
